Goals and Measurements
We support a large variety of health and fitness goals. During your profile setup, you will select from a long list of goals, including:
- Lose weight
- Lose body fat percent
- Gain weight
- Drop pants size
- Drop dress size
- Increase arm size
- Increase chest size
- Lower cholesterol
- Lower blood pressure
- Maintain fitness level
- Run a marathon
- Specify activity

Each goal is associated with a metric that you measure periodically, such as once-a-week or once-a-month, to gauge your progress.
Measurement Examples:
Scale goals: measure weight, body fat %
Body size goals: measure waist, hips, arm, chest sizes
Clothing size goals: measure dress, pants sizes
Lower blood pressure goal: measure systolic, diastolic readings
Lower cholesterol goal: measure blood serum, HDL, LDL, triglycerides readings

Charts provide a visual of your measurement history and goal progress.
If you are a BodySpex scale user, results are automatically sent to your private account. You can find your most recent scale results by logging in, then click "measurements" on the blue navigation bar, then "history."
You can change your goal at any time by going to "MyAcccount" and selecting "goal".
